Initial Planning Consultation ($250) We stop "wishing" and start planning. In this session, we map out the technical requirements and architecture of your project.

Onboarding & Deposit We’ll finalize the Statement of Work (SOW) and Service Agreement. Once the deposit is placed, you’re officially on the calendar.

Project Kick-Off & Setup We hit the ground running. I’ll set up our project management dashboard and timeline so you have full transparency into the process from day one.

Execution & Delivery We work in focused phases. Each milestone includes:
